Day 2 done!
Today was pretty easy. Again, no headache or body ache.
The morning routine is the same everyday. 12-32 ounces of distilled water with mineralize mixed in, a few drops of oxygenize & 2 optimize capsules. (*the updated version has a supplement called Soothe in place of the oxygenize)
My husband had to work (24 hour shifts) so I packed his meals for him last night and he took it to work.
He opted for the eggs, spinach & toast again but I had the breakfast scheduled for today. 1 Cup Oatmeal, 1 Cup blueberries & 1/2 Cup of organic plain yogurt. I forgot to add stevia or maple syrup but it was SO good. I will definitely have this again!
For lunch, I had the microgreen salad again. It was really good & SO filling. I didn’t take a picture because it pretty much looked the same as yesterday’s, except I ate out of Tupperware since I was on the go today!
One thing I did forget to pack was the Alkalyze drink (its wheatgrass, etc). So, I guess I’ll take it tonight!
I was out of the house from 11am until 8pm today. Haircuts, family visit, play date & baseball, so the food & supplements were all done on the run today.
I got home after 8pm and my husband had dinner ready. Dinner tonight was the Southwestern Veggie Taco. It had all of my favorite ingredients…brown rice, black beans, corn, salsa, avocado & a few of my favorite spices: chili powder, coriander & cumin. Its actually a meal we eat normally, minus the corn tortilla. We do NOT like the texture of corn tortillas so we baked them in the oven for 12 minutes and ate them like chips. No oil or spice and they were fantastic.
The only thing he forgot was the kale or spinach with pine nuts. He was STARVING (and a tad grumpy) so I didn’t say anything!
Its 9pm and our day is finally done. No yoga tonight but I did walk quite a bit in the sunshine today. I drank over a gallon of water again!
I haven’t had any cravings either, which I really thought I would but knock on wood….so far so good!
